Subliminal Messages – Weight Loss Miracle or Not?

More and more people are starting to apply subliminal messages for weight loss. However, some see it as a “miracle fix”, which it may or may not really be – for you, anyway…

Firstly, let’s consider the scientific side of losing weight:

Your metabolism has to shift and increase. In other words, your body has to process the existing fat, and it has to process food faster in general – because fat is the toughest substance of all to process and break down into energy (which is why it is so easily simply stored away…).

On the one hand, it is theoretically possible to manifest these changes in your system. You can use subliminal messages for weight loss, and do nothing else…

Theoretically.

In reality, if you still need to lose weight, you are probably not up to speed with manifestation yet, so you will need to add some effort to it. If you are, the great. But if not, you will have to change your tactics if you want to be successful at shedding those extra pounds.

As such, instead of programming your subconscious mind to speed up your bodily processes, rather concentrate on using it to motivate yourself, and control your appetite. Accept the fact that you will still have to change your eating pattern, and become more active. No need to kill yourself exercising – but you do need to burn the excess energy.

However, while using subliminal messages for weight loss you can – and should – include messages about shedding pounds and having more energy. It will eventually start contributing to your success – adding momentum to what your physical efforts have achieved.

Additionally, the suggestions will help you believe in the end result – which will help your body processes to improve sooner.

Miracle tool?

No.

Helpful tool?

Absolutely.
